Daily Bible Verses: Love Your Enemies

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." Matt 5:43-45 KJV

LOVE YOUR ENEMIES.
Enemies seem unlovable as they hinder one's progressive move to the promise land. Often, they stand shoulder-to-shoulder against the commands of God. And if need be, they'd coopt other people into their drive, turn their minds in evil manipulation, even sign a MoU to restrict the move and love of God among the people. Such was the prince of Persia who stood against Daniel saying, "Why should anybody, a human being depend on God who's Spirit? Can't he jump to heaven or wherever, to get his need supplied? Or become a spirit so that we can be sure he's no longer alive?" Thus, the prince of Persia queried Daniel's love for God and withstood him vehemently - an enemy!

This evil prince over the kingdom of Persia, did not stop at waylaying Gabriel the man sent from God but also connive with other men not to allow Daniel continue receiving things from God, Jehovah whom they say is domiciled at Jerusalem. They formed coalitions, allies, associations and erected blockage on Daniel's path, a man highly esteemed by God. Mind you, God had answered Daniel's request from the very first day he started the prayer bid but answer did not become soluble until twenty days later. The prince of Persia was that kind of enemy the Lord says, "love!"

Michael, Prince of God's people came to Gabriel's rescue on twenty-first day that Daniel might receive answers to his petition and by the veto powers of the Almighty, he was able silence the prince(s) of Persia. There's no prayer, petition, supplication or intercession God does not answer, but this is what had always happen: the forces of Persia - the enemies around us, people like us that "like" us try much to stop, pause, replay, rewind and sometimes, fast forward the Lord's reply. The problem always is the people, not the Lord! He hears!

The word of God Jesus, teaches us to love our enemies in spite of all they do or try to execute. They only appear to wretch havoc but we must always disappear to render help. They gloat and rejoice over our failures - the crack they caused, but we must cry and weep over their negligence, feigning God's word and presence. The words of Christ are this affirmative because the actual enemy is the DEVIL - the evil work working evils. The devil has only found empty vessels and containers, maybe, recently cleansed or not but yet to be filled with accurate knowledge of God and His Christ, then corrupt them to backsliding. These "vessels" called "enemies" can be loved except for their evil....

The evils belong to the devil archenemy of God and His people, but the evildoers are mere vessels - people who may not even know what they're doing, the devil pulls out to use perpetuate his activities. The enemy always rely on the cooperation of others, alliances to strike. He just can't survive in isolation like viruses. So he prowls about, sullen and angry seeking whom he may devour and use against the moves of God. And when he finds one, he makes his life more miserable, leave him worse than he met it.

Love people, but not their evils! Do, so you don't become evil and wicked as they. Welcome back repentant offenders, but be sure they're truly sorry for their mistakes. If not, you'll have them multiplied. Soon, you become what they've become - enemies of God and cross of Jesus. They hate God, hate His anointed, hate Christ and hate His people, then turn the world into a wilderness where no-one loves or seeks God. Excuse me, What to hate is wickedness, not vessels being used to administer evils.

Now my friend let me ask you plainly: are you evil and conceited loving wickedness? Oh, better repent! Now! Right now or too late! Even if you don't know much, you know how promising your future is and the good things spoken of your future....yet you indulge in wicked acts, labouring for the devil archenemy of your soul?? Why not stand up straight and stand for God to recover back your destiny? Why sit down there romancing the devil as if he has any promise to help you fulfill? Why sit there till you die, in sin and unfulfilled? Why not rush out to God and get hold to the garment of Jesus and cry, "Deliver me O Lord! Deliver me from hating God, good things, good life and people! Deliver me from the evil One waylaying my life for an opportunity! O Lord, deliver me from these princes of Persia aiming to make my life a wilderness and barren! Take me, wash me and use me! In Jesus name!
