WELCOME NOTES/INTRODUCTION
The anointing by colloquial meaning, is a mark, the deep that calls to its deep. It always rests on those whose lives are congruent, commensurate or matching its intentions. It is also some grease to one's elbow, which means, the reason for any outpouring is to "work" more gracefully and graciously than others without sweats, so that both the SENDER and SENT or ANOINTER and ANOINTED may joyously work being yoked as one.... This year's theme has been divided into three:
1. Message to the Church

2. Message to Political Elites

3. Message to Multitudes, Lifted.

Thus far, PoS is able to reach this year. I believe by God's grace, we shall continue from thence. I can only pray that the Lord keep us in Him till His coming. Amen
