A WISE PERSON

Proverbs 9:9
Give instruction to a wise man and he will be yet wiser, teach a just man and he will increase in learning. AKJV

A truly wise person is that person that eschews evil. Job the righteous man shunned evil all his days. He hated evil and wouldn't participate in doing any harm to anyone. One thing he did consistently was calling his children together for prayers after marking their birthdays. He thought within himself, peradventure they sinned while partying. A truly wise person will fear the Lord - Prov 1:7, 9:10. Having the fear of the Lord for a possession is one thing that'll mark you out for wisdom, God's own wisdom. Mind you, the fear of the Lord is not same with fear of God... Get a copy of this mp3 audio to hear it for yourself.

Lastly, a truly wise person gains knowledge, enduring knowledge, the knowledge of the Lord. God had determined from the start of creation to only welcome home truly wise persons - who are vast in knowledge, knowledge of good. Truly we came naked into this world but shall return with what we know. What knowledge have you, bro? And who told you? Two most important questions that'll be asked.
