DAY 6, NO RECOMPENSE

Every believer, every new believer is part of the church. The church means "the called out" in the broad definition, be it calling from darkness to light or night to day or from one's family to God's family. And Christ is the head of this church, being the only begotten Son of God and the firstborn of God's creation. He's also the husband of the church.

Now, God's flock are reserved because it's wholly the Lord's. If, for any reason, you pick a member of this glorious body called the church, even the weakest of them, to use or abuse, CHRIST THE HEAD WILL ACCEPT NO RECOMPENSE FROM YOU! No, He won't take your bribe of many gifts to let you go free or unpunished.

Belshazzar, in the book of Daniel chapter Five, made the same mistake; he took the vessels which were dedicated to God, items reserved in the Treasury to merry and wine with his concubines. God's hand rose against him and that same night, he was killed in overthrownment.

Following God is not about having a set of rules of dos and don'ts or ever and never or living anyhow thinking the grace of God is always available but following His voice - voice leading. An
